Refund policy
RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cheglatone.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not subject to: jewelry, bodysuits, leggings, and other intimate apparel/hosiery due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the desired item and return the one you currently have.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that a handling fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
