TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
LOST PACKAGES
It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an Return To Sender (RTS) fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become damaged in transit or lost after delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status.
